Running away to Paris with a cold♥

Hey Guys.

If you don't hate the common cold, you aren't normal. At the moment I've got it, and lets just say, it isn't fun. Most people would now think that this was an excuse to get off school, but in my family, you have to be properly sick to be absent. Now every sentence I make ends with a sneeze, for example, hey guys do you want to go to the year 8 court ya- aaaa-choo! Not that exciting if you ask me. But of course, I didn't catch it, no, it was my father. Thanks Dad, I caught my horrid cold from you. After he gave me it, he ran away to Paris! Well, he didn't exactly, it was a conference meeting or what-ever. But still!
Right now though, I'm sitting in front of the fire, drinking hot Ribena , writing my blog, which does help a lot though.

Today in our assembly, Ms Smith basically told the whole of year 8 off for signing a petition to make the 'KS3 COURTYARD' into the 'YEAR 8 COURTYARD' again. I still call it the year 8 courtyard because I refuse it to be for all of KS3!
Basically she told us that we were being unfair to the year 7's and the  rest of the school. She decided not to read out the list of names which made me breath a sigh of relief because my name was first. It was first!  When the petition was created they asked me to sign a blank piece of paper and I PUT MY NAME ON THE TOP, then I EVEN ADDED A REASON! I'm surprised Ms Smith hasn't murdered me, but I guess nearly the whole of Year 8 signed it so she cant get too angry at us.
*sigh of relief*

If you like netball, please tell me why you do, because when-ever I do it... well I can't. I struggle with netball more than an obese person struggles not to eat a burger. That is a lot. But I guess I do laugh during the sessions because of my fails at trying. Lets think of what happened today then...

1) The ducking
Well, I was trying to get the sun out of my eyes and somebody passed to me. I wasn't looking in the direction of the ball (another amazing moment) when I did eventually look in the direction of it, it was coming right for my face.
I'm not sure what you would do if a ball is getting thrown at your face, but I would duck, by instinct. So I ducked and the opposition got the ball. It was humiliating!

2) The hand tricks
In netball these days, I do a lot of hand tricks. You know when a dancer waves one arm and then waves the other (a body wave dance), well I've done that a lot lately. The other lesson I did it from my shoulder to my hand and I threw the ball to the GS (goal shooter) so we scored. Yay, it worked that time in a positive way, but it didn't today. I did a wave but I couldn't catch it! So it shot off of my hand, but luckily into my team mate's! The 'team mate' was the one who had passed to me earlier, and she ran like a cheetah when she saw what would happen. Today she kind of saved me I guess. I kind of need to thank her still...

Well, that's it for today x please follow my blog and I'll update ASAP x sorry it was quite short, I didn't have that much time.  x BYE x☻

'Graffiti' with pen-ink

Hey guys.
Sorry I haven't updated for years (not really), but as I said before... home-work is taking over my life!
The teachers have decided lets make sure the students have no social life what-so-ever because we are idiots. Well, maybe not the last part, but you get what I mean.

Also, teachers are getting annoyed with 'graffiti' on students hands so nobody is safe! It's our ink and our bodies! But nooo... its's inappropriate the school and makes us look too scrappy.

They send out students to wash off the tattoos. I mean seriously! But they have like a massive problem against it.

Not all like these but near enough.

Who else watches AMERICAS NEXT TOP MODEL?
I do!
It is one of the best shows on the planet. Seriously! I love it so much and I watch a lot of it.
Cory is my favourite though and he HAS TO WIN! But I don't really know.He is really cool and yeah. He's the best person there is there really so, GO CORY! But the girls are quite wussy(no offence to them) because they complain and moan every 5 seconds so it gets on my nerves. Oh no, I feel weak, my visions getting darkened at the edges...getting fainter...fainter.
Also, the girls are really horrible and they let the one nice one go. Nina was my favourite and its really annoying that they let her go!

Jordan is my least favourite and I hope she doesn't win even though she has got into the final ;'(.
Forever Alone.

I am so sorry my update is really small but I have been struggling with all the homework so I will try to update again this week or the next (ASAP).
So that's another day in the life of a geeky girl who battles horrid teachers everyday. Please follow my blog, see you next time x BYE x

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Hey guys.
I hadn't realized how long I hadn't blogged for. 6 days. 6 DAYS. I guess it's all of the stinking  homework we get!
All of the teachers have decided, 'Hey let's not give the Year 8's and social life this year!'
Every night I basically have to do loads. Whilst I do this, most people play XBOX or what-ever. I love XBOX, especially XBOX 1 C.O.D GHOSTS, but I don't play it every single day. Loads of people stay up till midnight doing it but I'll get very grumpy because I need my beauty sleep.

Anyway, I think I may have an over-active imagination. Well, when I saw scissors being given out in English, I imagined them all doing a linked Irish dance. Or maybe I'm a little crazy. Probably both.

In English I am rubbish at nearly everything. I can't spell to save a life, I struggle with reading and I have the vocabulary of a 7 year old. But I am good at creative writing. What Rhiannon you're actually good at something! Is probably what you're thinking right now, but my imagination and craziness help me with that.

A couple of lessons ago we started to do descriptive writing. Our topic this term is Gothic horror.

Basically, we were meant to describe an old chapel picture, so I turned it into a story. I made a guy and some vultures appear and it was quite cool actually. (Somebody else had done vultures too.) It was all great and when I gave it in I was quite happy.

Turns out she didn't really like it but she said I needed to improve in most areas instead it annoyed me a little but I sucked in all the hate and pretended it was nothing. It really wasn't nothing.

You local bloggers, readers or what-ever see that most of my opinions aren't actually that positive, but not all of my opinions are as negative.

The next time we did descriptive writing (today) she said we couldn't, under no circumstances turn it into a story.
This annoyed me quite a lot but I knew my teacher hated me to death. She always had. And always will. When she first saw me, she probably thought I was trouble with a capital T, but I do actually pay attention in lessons. I want good grades so I can get a good job when I'm older.
I don't understand why she hates me so much. Is it too self-centred to think? I just don't know.
What I do know is that I will never judge a book by it's cover because most of my friends may not seem crazy, but trust me. They are! In a good way!

Sorry it was way too short today, but otherwise you'd be reading about boring homework. I'll try to update ASAP x please follow my blog x BYE x

Body slamming doors in a fire drill

Hey guys.
I hate fire drills. At lot. I hate a lot of things now that I think about it. Such a positive person. *thumbs up*.
As long as I've been at Linslade we've had 2 real fires. If you could call it that. The first was a dishwasher malfunction thanks to the dinner ladies. They put too much things in it. Then the second was a computer malfunction. *sigh*.
Well there's a boy that everybody knows (but likes) and he'll be called... urmm... Thomas. Well Thomas didn't really care about standard fire drill rules. He leaped down the stairs screaming and shouting (sometimes skipping). Then because he is the name after me in the register, he stood behind me in the line and was just chatting whilst Ms Smith was giving a lecture on fire safety. "She'll here you!" I hissed at him but he didn't care. Whilst he shouted remarks, I couldn't help laughing a little, it was quite funny.
Until Ms said "Everybody else can go in except the Yr 8's." Urrgh! Turns out she was only explaining that people can't talk during the drills so thanks goodness for that.

The main problem I have with fire drills is the no-talking rule. Yeah, yeah I know it is because the teachers need to communicate with each other, but talking won't kill us surely!? I hate that they look at you so matter-of-factly if you so even murmur.  I swear Thomas can get away with murder. Sometimes that is (he has loads of detentions).

I'm not too sure what to think of fire doors, but you have to open them right. You can't just push them. No, you have to karate kick them open. Or body-slam them. I myself am a master at this.
When I see a fire-door with nobody around I just have to run side on and properly body-slam into it. It's like red buttons. If you see a big red button that underneath has a sign saying DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PRESS THIS BUTTON you just have to press it. Rebellion, that's what that is.

At lunch today (there's a nice thought, food) Me and my best friend Ivy sat with another one of our best friends, Mandy. (I have to make up names for people because of e-safety and everything but all my blogs are true and the people are real but with different names. All these blogs are true too.) Mandy is really nice and I do like her. I don't say that about many people. *Thinks of all the people I hate* We sit with her often and she is quite funny. Oh look, I'm going all soppy now. But I'm not kidding she is nice and loads like her.

I think that's about it for my day today. Sorry there wasn't much but today wasn't too eventful. Please follow my blog and I'll update ASAP x BYE x
